Rosalina Essential Oil (Melaleuca ericifolia)

Origin: Native to Australia, primarily found in the coastal and wetland regions of New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania. The oil is steam-distilled from the leaves and terminal branches of the rosalina tree, which belongs to the Myrtaceae (myrtle) family. Rosalina is a close relative of tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) but produces a distinctly different, softer, more floral oil. It is sometimes marketed as "lavender tea tree" due to its gentle, lavender-like quality, though it is not botanically related to lavender. Rosalina is a relatively recent addition to the international essential oil market but has quickly gained recognition among artisan perfumers and blenders for its unique, versatile scent profile.
