Opening Hours

Our shop is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, however customer emails are answered during these times.

Order Despatch

All orders are tracked and despatched within 2 working days.

Shipping Rates:

  • United Kingdom: £3.95 – Royal Mail Fully Tracked Service (2–3 business days)
  • Europe: £10.00 – Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Air Service (5–7 business days)
  • Rest of the World: £25.00 – Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Air Service (7–10 business days)
  • Free Shipping Worldwide: If spending over £100 in the UK or £200 Worldwide then Shipping is Free of Charge

VAT & Taxes:

Orders placed directly through our website are dispatched from the United Kingdom. EU VAT is not added at checkout; however, your local customs authority may charge VAT or import duties upon delivery, depending on your country's rules.

For customers in the United States, all import duties are included in the shipping cost. With our Royal Mail Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, we cover the customs charges so there are no additional fees at checkout or on delivery.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Returns are accepted only on unopened items with seals intact within two weeks of purchase. Please ensure items are securely sealed when returning.
