Mukhalat Attar is crafted in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh — India's historic perfume capital, with an attar-making tradition stretching back over 400 years. The mukhalat is considered one of the most demanding and prestigious expressions of the attarwalla's craft — requiring years of experience, an exceptionally refined nose, and a deep and intimate knowledge of how precious natural materials interact, evolve, and harmonise together over time.

Produced using the traditional deg-bhapka method of hydro-distillation — recognised by UNESCO as part of India's intangible cultural heritage — each precious ingredient is carefully distilled and blended over pure sandalwood oil. No alcohol, no synthetic fixatives — only the finest natural resins, woods, florals, and aromatic materials.
