Labdanum Absolute in 50% Natural Triethyl Citrate

Botanical Name:- Cistus ladaniferus also called 'Rose Of Sharon' or Rock Rose
Origin: Spain 
Part Used: The extract produced from the leaves and flowers
Extraction Method: solvent extraction of Cistus ladaniferus L. concrete.
Appearance: Brown viscous liquid, pourable
Note: Base Note (Excellent Fixative)

Labdanum has a wonderful deep musky fragrance and is often used as a fixative in high quality perfumes. It is also used in skin care preparations.
As the material is thick and semi solid when extracted, Natural TEC @ 50% is added to make the final result pourable. 

Essential Oils and Absolutes should always be diluted with a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil before using on the skin. A patch test is recommended to see if your skin is sensitive to the product.

Keep away from eyes & sensitive areas. Not suitable for babies, children or pets. Do not use on broken skin.

Avoid all Absolutes if pregnant or nursing
