White Frangipani Wax — A Second, Genuinely Distinct Frangipani

Not all frangipani is the same. Our existing Frangipani Absolute captures Plumeria rubra from the perfumery tradition of Kannauj, India — but this CO₂ wax offers a genuinely different expression entirely: Plumeria alba, the white frangipani, grown in Bulgaria and extracted to capture its full lipid and aromatic complexity in creamy wax form. A different species, a different origin, and a different extraction method — a compelling second frangipani for perfumers wanting to explore the full breadth of this beloved tropical flower.

As the pure wax is solid at room temperature, we supply it at 50% in IPM (isopropyl myristate) — a lightweight ester that gives a notably clear, workable pourability while preserving the flower's intoxicating character.

Scent Profile

Rich, creamy, and intensely tropical — a sensual floral warmth with genuine exotic depth, softer and more rounded than a typical white floral absolute. The waxy carrier lends the material a comforting, skin-like quality that gives it real presence and longevity. This is frangipani at its most indulgent and comforting.

Perfumery Applications

An excellent choice for tropical floral compositions, sensual skin-scent perfumery, and solid balm-style formulations where a genuinely exotic floral warmth is wanted. Used alongside our existing Frangipani Absolute, it allows perfumers to build a genuinely layered frangipani accord spanning two distinct species, origins, and extraction methods.

Blending Suggestions

Pairs beautifully with jasmine, ylang ylang, coconut, vanilla, tonka bean, sandalwood, and our existing Frangipani Absolute for a layered tropical floral accord.

Packaging

1ml sample supplied in a 5ml clear flint glass bottle. 5ml, 10ml and 30ml supplied in amber glass bottles — all with inbuilt droppers and tamper evident caps.
