Blushing Lotus CO₂ Wax — Pure, Serene, Uncompromised

Nelumbo nucifera — the sacred pink lotus of India — is one of the most poetic materials in natural perfumery, and this CO₂ wax captures the flower together with its waxy fraction. It offers a softer, more textural expression of lotus than a conventional absolute, and sits comfortably alongside our lotus absolutes for perfumers who like to layer extraction methods.

Supplied in its pure, undiluted wax form — exactly as extracted, with no carrier of any kind added. This is the genuine article for perfumers who prefer to prepare their own dilutions, or who want to work directly with the material in its most concentrated and authentic state.

Usage Note

This is a wax and is best prepared before use. Gently warm in a water bath at around 90°C to melt it into a liquid, then dilute with your solvent of choice according to your own formulation preferences.

Blending Suggestions

Pairs beautifully with jasmine, rose, sandalwood, vetiver, ylang ylang, neroli, benzoin and soft musks.
