Amaunet Attar

Our natural perfumes (also known as an attar) are sourced directly from Egypt and extracted from the essences of flowers and herbs that grow under the influence of the Egyptian sun in Northern Upper Egypt. The blending of flowers, herbs, woods, seeds and roots are usually a well kept secret handed down from each generation. The high quality finished product which contains no alcohol or harsh chemicals is obtained by cold pressing or by hydro-distilling the local harvest and is suitable for use in aromatherapy and for making fine perfumes.

Amaunet was a primordial goddess and the name means "The female hidden one" that is invisible to the naked eye. Ancient Egyptians believed that she was the mother of nature and creation and was connected with the acacia tree from which the life was said to have originated from Egypt.

This is a complex and light flowery fresh feminine fragrance that evokes the wakening of spring achieved through the interplay of exotic and sensual floral notes.

Top Note: Lily-of-the-valley, wild strawberry, mandarin, African orange, cherry
Heart note: Vanilla, jasmine, grasse rose, violet, bergamot
Base note: White patchouli flowers, rosewood

• 5ml - supplied in a 5ml glass rollerball bottle.
• 10ml - supplied in a 10ml glass rollerball bottle.
• 30ml - supplied in a glass amber bottle with inbuilt dropper and tamper evident cap.
• 50ml - supplied in a glass amber bottle with inbuilt dropper and tamper evident cap

• Allow the oil to fully absorb into the skin before contact with clothing, as attar oils may stain certain fabrics.
