Agarwood also known as oud oil, is a dark, dense, and musky fragrant oil extracted from the heartwood of the agarwood tree (Aquilaria malaccensis). It is a very expensive essential oil due to its rarity and the long time it takes to produce.
Agarwood oil is known for its rich, woody, and balsamic aroma, with notes of leather, tobacco, and musk. It is often used in perfumes, incense etc
Agarwood oil is said to to be calming and relaxing along with many other notable properties.

Pure Absolute Oils or Essential Oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil before using on the skin.
A patch test is recommended to see if your skin is sensitive to the product.

Seems fairly highly concentrated. Which means, with a carrier oil, it will last a long time and go a long way. It doesn't smell exactly like I'd hoped, but that does mean it isn't a good product. I'm still trying to figure out how best to use it.

I love this so much - it's REALLY addictive. Beautiful, complex oud. Dark, leathery, floral, some chocolate - even a bit of camphor as well. Malaccensis oil is really quite extraordinary - it requires no aging to develop the full scent profile. It's all there even when it's young. This one is also an absolute bargain - obviously I HAD to get the biggest size! :)

I understand why this raw material is used in worship - it's truly divine. It's so deep, complex, and addictive. The tiniest touch blooms from skin and just lasts and lasts. I detect notes of amber, wood, hints of vanilla. It's just incredible.
After purchasing the Indian oud, I would like to thank the seller. The Indian oud has a musky, amber-like, and woody scent, with a slight touch. The oil is good, but it’s a bit light. However, it lasts for a long time.
