Composition: Steam distillation of the Gardenia blossoms to produce a unique and characteristic Gardenia scent.

Main Uses: For use in natural perfumery and for creating your own blends. Cosmetic skin care lotions and creams.

Gardenia is a decorative bush, bearing fragrant large white or yellow flowers . It produces a rich, warm, floral-fruity oil with an exquisite scent which has floral compounds containing a top, middle and base notes. Our Gardenia essential Oil is extracted by steam distillation from the large white petals of the Gardenia jasminoides plant which is grown in Egypt to create a unique essential oil with a characteristic and pleasing Gardenia scent.

BLENDS WITH:
Gardenia blends well with Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, Neroli, Rose, Spice and Citrus oils.

USES
Because of its sweet floral scent, it is widely used in perfumery. It is also perfect for Aromatherapy and skin care applications.

Pure Absolute Oils or Essential Oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil before using on the skin. A patch test is recommended to see if your skin is sensitive to the product.
