The Gardenia Oil is extracted from the delicate white flowers of the Gardenia jasminoides tree which is native to Southern Asia. The aromatic flowers are picked by hand in the morning before the sun gets too high in the sky in order to yield the highest essential oil concentration during the extraction/distillation process. Gardenia Essential Oil has a beautiful sweet fruity, floral aroma that is also slightly herbaceous.
We also have a number of other types of Gardenia Oils available (see our other Etsy listings)
