This rare and delicate organic natural Lilac essential Oil is extracted by steam distillation from the light blue/purple and white blossoms of the Syringa Josikaea plant known as the Hungarian lilac. It is a species of lilac that is native to central and eastern Europe, in the Carpathian Mountains of Romania and western Ukraine and is a deciduous shrub growing to a height of 2–4 m.

Hungarian Lilac has a subtle honey sweet floral scent which is instantly recognisable as lilac.

It is useful in many products from perfumery to lotions.

For External Cosmetic Use Only

Pure Essential Oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil before using on the skin.

A patch test is recommended to see if your skin is sensitive to the product.
