Gardenia is a decorative bush, bearing fragrant large white or yellow flowers . It produces a rich, warm, floral-fruity oil with an exquisite scent which has floral compounds containing a top, middle and base notes. Our Gardenia essential Oil is extracted by steam distillation from the large white petals of the Gardenia jasminoides plant which is grown in Egypt, with the addition of nature identical aromatic substances to create a unique essential oil with a characteristic and pleasing Gardenia scent.
Gardenia blends well with Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, Neroli, Rose, Spice and Citrus oils.
Due to its sweet floral scent, it is widely used in perfumery. It is also perfect for Aromatherapy and skin care applications.
