Pure Niaouli Essential Oil 100ml

Botanical Name: Melaleuca viridiflora.

Plant Part: Leaves and Twigs.

Extraction Method: Steam Distillation

Origin: New Caledonia.

Niaouli Essential Oil comes from an evergreen tree with a flexible trunk, spongy bark, and pointed leaves with spikes of sessile flowers. The oil is typically colourless, though depending on the lot number, it may take on a pale yellow or slight greenish tinge.

Niaouli has a sweet, fresh, camphorous aroma similar to Eucalyptus.

Pure Essential Oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil before using on the skin. A patch test is recommended to see if your skin is sensitive to the product. If blending into creams, lotions, body butters etc, 1-2% maximum of the pure absolute oil or essential oil to 100% of the product is usually about right.
