Labdanum Absolute in 50% ETH

Botanical Name – Cistus ladaniferus also called ‘Rose Of Sharon’ or Rock Rose
Origin – Spain (processed in Grasse France)
Part Used – The extract produced from the leaves and flowers
Extraction Method – ETH extraction of Cistus ladaniferus L. concrete.
Appearance – thick brown viscous liquid, pourable
Note – Base Note (Excellent Fixative)

Labdanum has a wonderful deep musky fragrance and is often used as a fixative in high quality perfumes. It is also used in skin care preparations.
This special Labdanum Absolute is prepared in Grasse France and will not disappoint. As the material is thick and semi solid when extracted, ETH @ 50% is added to make the final result pourable.
