Botanical Name: Carya pecan. Extraction Method: Cold Pressed. Pecan is a well rounded carrier oil. It is often chosen as a more unique alternative to the more popular oils – grapeseed, canola, sweet almond, etc. The oil is virtually clear and has very little scent characteristic of most carrier oils, though some slight nutty tones can be detected. Refrigeration after opening is recommended. Cautions: Should be avoided by individuals with nut allergies. For external use only.
